At MRV&CO’s in-house agency, I played a key role in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic communication initiatives.

MRV Brand Activation at Big Brother Brasil (BBB): Led the planning and execution of MRV’s brand presence in Brazil’s most-watched reality show, ensuring message consistency, audience engagement, and strategic impact across multiple platforms. I coordinated a multidisciplinary team, aligning efforts with different marketing areas to maximize brand visibility.

MRV 45th Anniversary Campaign: Spearheaded the end-to-end strategic planning for the campaign, integrating internal, external, and digital communication. Developed brand activations, promotional materials, digital showcases, and email marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement. The campaign received significant recognition and was featured in Meio & Mensagem, a leading marketing and advertising publication in Brazil.

QUEIMA DIÁRIA

Queima Diária is a leading online fitness platform offering on-demand workout programs. As a Marketing Specialist focused on audiovisual, I led content creation projects for the platform, including live broadcasts, social media, paid media, and marketing campaigns. I managed the development and growth of the audiovisual team, providing 1:1 meetings, feedback, and individual development plans to optimize performance. Additionally, I oversaw the production and post-production process, ensuring high-quality content and seamless execution while optimizing workflows and defining clear deadlines.

Beyond production management, I played a key role in strategic campaign development, creating advertising campaigns for new training programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across different channels. I was also part of the Engagement Squad, co-creating content strategies to integrate the platform’s communication channels and drive traffic to the app. My experience at Queima Diária reinforced my ability to combine creative content production, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to enhance brand engagement and audience retention.

Globo is the largest media and entertainment company in Brazil, known for its high-quality journalism, television productions, and live event broadcasts. As part of the Audiovisual Operations team, I was responsible for lighting, audio, and camera in major live broadcasts, including Jornal Nacional, Globo Esporte, Jornal Hoje, and GloboNews, as well as major sports events such as the Tokyo Olympics, Brazil National Team matches, Brasileirão, NBA, and Volleyball Championships. My role required precision, agility, and problem-solving skills to ensure flawless on-air execution.

In addition to technical operations, I played a crucial role in troubleshooting live broadcast issues, working under high-pressure environments to guarantee seamless production. My time at Globo strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, ensuring content quality and stability in one of the most influential media companies in Latin America.

Sympla is a Brazilian event ticketing and management platform that provides tools for event organizers to sell tickets, manage registrations, and promote events.

As part of the Sympla team, I was responsible for managing audiovisual production and coverage for national events across various industries, including corporate conferences, entertainment, museums, theaters, and large-scale festivals.
